Report on Release-Based Clean Up Program Regulation Development

This will be a virtual meeting.

The co-chairs from each of the five Topical Subcommittees (Discovery, Reporting, Characterization, Immediate Removal and Tiers) plus a representative from the Transition group will give a status update on what they’ve been working on to develop their Concept Papers.  The Topical Subcommittees report on a monthly basis to the Working Group, which was created by Public Act 20-9 to transition the State of Connecticut to a Release-Based Clean Up Program.

Registration is NOT required for attending the meeting. CEF meetings are free to members. Non-members are invited to attend one meeting to experience how CEF membership can benefit your company. More information on membership.

The Connecticut Environmental Forum (CEF) is an organization which provides a forum for environmental professionals to share and exchange information and experiences on environmental matters, and to learn about the latest issues regarding environmental regulation.
