Climate Policy in Connecticut

This will be a virtual meeting.

2021 is proving to be the most consequential year in climate policy in Connecticut in a very long time. From the GC 3 work product to SB 884 and new data from CIRCA the pace of policy change is increasing as is the need for nimble adaptive strategies. Please join us for a robust discussion of these parts of Connecticut Climate Policy and others as CEF is assembling a panel of people from some of the most critical perspectives on these issues.

Todd Berman will moderate a panel with representatives from CTDEEP, CIRCA and other policy experts for a discussion of these challenges and member questions.

Registration is NOT required for attending the meeting. CEF meetings are free to members. Non-members are invited to attend one meeting to experience how CEF membership can benefit your company. More information on membership.

About CEF

Who We Are

The Connecticut Environmental Forum (CEF) is an organization which provides a forum for environmental professionals to share and exchange information and experiences on environmental matters, and to learn about the latest issues regarding environmental regulation. CEF was founded by a small group of environmental professionals seeking a way to acquire accurate regulatory knowledge in a timely fashion. As professionals we need to continually make contacts with others to further our expert knowledge and broaden our understanding of environmental issues.

What We Do

Our core mission is to educate our members on the important environmental issues that affect their community and career. CEF strives to help our members:

√     Keep up with environmental regulations

√     Improve your professional network

√     Gain continuing environmental education opportunities
