First, a we reviewed the last known status of the Connecticut spill regulation update, and then Kim Neville, Senior Project Manager at Connecticut Tank Removal, Inc., presented an actual "boots on the ground" approach to emergency spill response. Kim gave a great synopsis of everything you need to know about spills including, what to do prior to a spill to be prepared, tips for selecting a contractor, and what to expect when a spill happens.
